Populations Served
Lakeside Center or OCD & Anxiety, LLC is an inclusive practice, open to anyone 18 years old or older. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religious belief, or disability.
Hours
The practice is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with hours by appointment. All appointments are by video.
Fees
The practice accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you have different insurance then you will be considered self-pay and need to contact your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits.
Self Pay Rates
Intake -- $150
55 minutes -- $125
30 minutes -- $65
